使用范圍：

    適用于對各種休閑食品、肉制品、海產品、果蔬、醬菜、冷鮮肉等進行真空、充氣、貼體包裝。

Scope:

Suitable for all kinds of leisure food, seafood, meat products, seafood, fruits and vegetables, vegetables pickled in soy sauce, cold meat, medical products, medical devices, the machine can be vacuum, inflatable skin for this food.

 

控制系統(tǒng)：

采用日本三菱可編程序控制器控制，彩色觸摸屏，選用三菱變頻變速，全部采用日本，歐洲，中國臺灣等電器。設有*的安全保護措施。

The device adopt PLC made in Japan Mitsubishi, color touch screen, inverter made from Mitsubishi and other high-end electronic products all from Japan, European, Taiwan and so on, have complete safety precautions.

 

特點:

• 根據(jù)用戶產品包裝要求在抽真空的基礎上，可以充N2、O2、CO2混合氣體或單一氣體，氣體混合比例可以通過氣調控制器方便調節(jié)；
• 整機采用硬質鋁合金及不銹鋼材料，提高了設備的抗腐蝕性；
• 采用組合模具，更換方便，一機多用，模具具有水冷卻功能；
• 采用性能穩(wěn)定，使用壽命長的進口氣動元件；
• 真空泵選用原裝德國進口，真空度高，質量穩(wěn)定；
• 可根據(jù)需要，選用自動打碼噴碼系統(tǒng)；
• 采用進口特殊不銹鋼夾持鏈條，使用于各種厚度的軟膜、硬膜拉伸成型，進行特殊包裝；
• 采用的沖裁系統(tǒng)可裁出不同形狀盒子。無刺邊，邊角弧度圓潤，更換操作方便，備有邊角廢料回收系統(tǒng)，保持環(huán)境衛(wèi)生。
• 可以選擇方盒、圓盒或其它異形盒。盒子的尺寸可根據(jù)客戶產品定做模具。

• The machine adopts hard aluminum alloy and stainless steel material, improves the corrosion resistance of the equipment;
• Using combined die, the replacement is convenient, the use of a machine, would with water cooling function;
• The stable performance, long service life of imported pneumatic components;
• Selection of extreme high vacuum, vacuum pump, excellent performance with original German vacuum pump;
• Can be equipped with automatic coding system;
• Imported special stainless steel clamping chain, suitable for all kinds of thickness of the film, the Dural stretch forming, special packaging;
• The use of advanced punching system can cut out the different shapes of the box without thorns corners rounded curvature, replacing operation is convenient, with scrap recycling system, maintain environment hygiene.
• Can choose square, round or other shaped carton. The carton size can be customized according to customer product mold.
