需要5-10分鐘左右。

1 .1 . 肉類表面液體組織樣本制備

【使用步驟】

1.測(cè)試前先完整閱讀說(shuō)明書(shū),將檢測(cè)卡和待檢樣本溶液恢復(fù)至室溫 15~30氣。

陽(yáng)性(+):兩條紫紅色條帶出現(xiàn),表示樣本中摻假成分 濃度高于檢測(cè)限。

陰性(-):檢測(cè) T 線無(wú)顯色,表示樣本中不含有摻假成分或其濃度低于檢測(cè)限。

or its concentration is below the detection limit.

無(wú)效:未出現(xiàn)質(zhì)控 c 線,表明操作過(guò)程不正確或檢測(cè)卡已失效 此檢測(cè)試劑可應(yīng)用于多種動(dòng)物源性成分組合。

【注意事項(xiàng)】

1 .本試劑僅用于體外檢測(cè),試驗(yàn)前請(qǐng)仔細(xì)閱讀本說(shuō)明書(shū)。

2 .本試劑為一次性使用,請(qǐng)勿重復(fù)使用。

3.本試劑必須在有效期內(nèi)使用。

4.應(yīng)按說(shuō)明書(shū)操作,切勿混合使用不同批次的檢測(cè)卡和樣品保存液。

5.操作失誤或樣本量過(guò)少都有可能導(dǎo)致檢測(cè)結(jié)果出現(xiàn)偏差。

6.如果檢測(cè)卡的塑料包裝損壞,請(qǐng)不要使用該產(chǎn)品。

7.請(qǐng)勿吸入樣本提取液。

8.鋁箱袋內(nèi)的干燥劑不得食用。

9.樣本提取液中含有少量防腐劑,可能對(duì)皮膚和眼睛造成刺激,

如果該溶液接觸到皮膚或眼睛,用大量的水清洗。如發(fā)生皮膚

刺激或皮疹,應(yīng)求醫(yī)/就診。操作時(shí)應(yīng)注意做好安全措施。

【儲(chǔ)存及有效期】

原包裝應(yīng)儲(chǔ)存于 4~30氣,陰涼避光干燥處,切勿冷凍;有效期 24 個(gè)月。有效期及批號(hào)見(jiàn)外包裝.
