主要用途                                                            

本機(jī)是按照GMP設(shè)計制造的，用于顆粒狀原料制成粉狀。此壓片機(jī)的ZUI大優(yōu)點(diǎn)是全封閉防塵，可以全隔絕污染。本機(jī)除壓制圓形片以為，還能壓制異形片，雙層片、環(huán)形片等。同時運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)、噪音小、壓力大、過壓停機(jī)、避免機(jī)件損壞。

工作原理

♦根據(jù)需要選擇制片壓力，并能在壓力表上顯示出來。

♦安裝帶鍵衡桿就能壓制異形片劑。

♦配有壓制雙層片，環(huán)形片的軌道，壓輪等裝置就能壓雙層片和環(huán)形片。

♦可不停機(jī)完成試車，調(diào)整工作。

♦室內(nèi)與物料接觸部分采用不銹鋼材料或表面經(jīng)過特殊防腐處理。
