自動旋轉式壓片機

主要特點                                                             

♦外圍罩殼為全封閉，材料采用不銹鋼，內部臺面用不銹鋼材料，能保持表面光澤及防止交叉污染，符合MGP要求。♦裝有透明防護罩可以清楚的觀察壓片的狀態(tài)。側面板能全部打開，易于清洗和保養(yǎng)。♦所有控制器和操作件均布局合理，采用人機界面變頻調速裝置進行電氣調速和反逆轉。♦操作方便，轉動平穩(wěn)，安全準確。實行機電一體化，采用觸摸屏PLC控制及操作。♦傳動系統(tǒng)密閉在機器主體下方油箱中，是安全風隔的獨立部件，亦不會互相污染，易散熱且耐磨。♦機器裝有吸塵裝置，能將室內飛揚的粉塵吸收干凈。♦本機壓力大，能適應各類大、小片及難成型片劑的生產，是片劑生產的設備。

♦The transmission system is sealed in the machine body below the tank, is the independent component of security isolation, nor mutual pollution, easy to heat and wear.

♦The machine is provided with a suction device, the absorption of a clean indoor flying dust.
