設備特點

酒精回收塔由塔釜、塔身、冷凝器、冷卻器、緩沖罐、高位貯罐六個部分組成，適用于制藥、食品、輕工、化工等行業(yè)的稀酒精回收，本設備與物料接觸部分采用0Cr 18Ni9不銹鋼制造，具有良好的耐腐蝕性能，并且有節(jié)能、環(huán)保、降低生產成本、提高效率等優(yōu)點。本裝置可將30度－50度的的稀酒精蒸餾到93度－95度，殘液排放含醇度低符合環(huán)保要求。本裝置采用高效不銹鋼波紋填料。接觸物料部分全部采用不銹鋼制造符合GPM標準。

Feature:

The alcohol recyle tower consists of six parts:tower bottom,tower body,condenser.cooler,buffer tank and high-position storage tank,suitable for diluted alcohol recylce in such industries as pharmacy,food,light industry and chemistry.The contact part of device and the material is made of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel with high corrosion resistance and energy saving,environment protection,low manufacture cost and high efficiendy.The device can distill the diluted alcohol fron 30℃-50℃ to 93℃-95℃ .The residue discharge meets high efficient stainless ripple filling.The part contacting the material is made of stainless steel,in compliance with GMP standard.
