帶式大豆清選機 Belt type soybean cleaning machine

用途：能去除豆種中的土塊、石塊、半豆、一部分病蟲豆和皺皮豆。

選料帶寬1200mm，周長4500mm，帶選機帶層數10層，喂料采用自動給料，電機是四季免加油型減速電機，功率5kW，喂入量和帶選機帶數均采用變頻器調節(jié)。另又安裝一套回流重選設備，以確保質量。帶選機的帶不是傳統的網帶，而是耐磨耐用的膠帶，正好適合黃淮地區(qū)的大豆不規(guī)格豆的清選。另外，帶選機又添加一層底座以便調整角度。

Another set of reflux gravity separation equipment is installed to ensure the quality. The belt with separator is not a traditional mesh belt, but a wear-resistant and durable belt, which is just suitable for the cleaning of non-standard soybean in Huanghuai region. In addition, a layer of base is added to the belt selector to adjust the angle.
