隧道式烘干爐，又稱通過式烘干爐，一般采用網帶式（常用的有不銹鋼網帶，鐵氟龍，pvc輸送帶等）輸送方式輸送工件。具有連續(xù)烘干、冷卻等功能的連續(xù)式烘干設備。僅需工人將工件放入進料口，在出料口將工件取下，即可完成工件的連續(xù)烘干、冷卻等工序。上罩裝置離心攪拌風機將爐內熱空氣均勻攪拌、吸霧風機將濕霧空氣排出。該機具有功能全、結構合理、操作方便、烘干效果好等特點。

設備機身采用鐵制烤漆或全不銹鋼材質，爐體采用70-100mm厚巖棉板，內爐壁采用201不銹鋼（特殊要求可換成304材質），外爐采用鍍鋅冷板。按客戶實際需求定做。

溫度范圍：常溫-300℃，數(shù)顯恒溫，輸送帶材質及寬度視客戶實際需求而定。
