The air impulse mixers mix large quantities of liquids together quickly and reliably. Air is injected into the liquid in short bursts, which then ascends in the tank in large bubbles, and creates an intense circulation due to the density differences. The suction air is prepared with a fine filter.

Air impulse mixers are used, for instance, for the optimum, homogenous mixing of the finished vinegar in order to guarantee the homogenization of the vinegars in the storage tanks prior to filling, or prior to the filling of tanker trucks. In the worst case scenario, without this mixing, it may be the case that vinegar is withdrawn from the storage tank that has different layers with different alcohol levels. This is something that should be avoided at all costs.
