JYG-220 inspecting machine is a new product researched by our company on the basis of integration of domestic and foreign advanced technologies in order to meet the needsof pharmaceutical sector. It can test outlook quality for hard capsules,soft capsulesand tablets.

This inspection machine is designed and used for inspecting capsule or tablet which is spotty, broken, or not standard by vision through mechanically rotating the capsule over 360 degree or turning the tablet from one surface to the other surface. The product flows from the feed hopper into a vibratory chute where a perforated screen eliminates coarse dust and chips which are then collected in a collecting container.

The product enters the inspection stage in a single layer. The capsules and tablets are placed on rotating rollers and are continuously turned in front of the operator which ensures a reliable all-sided inspection. An adjustable mirror enables the operator to examine the far side of the product.

Once the operator find defective tablets and capsules, the operator can use a flexible hand-held vacuum nozzle to remove it. If there are lots of defective products appears all together in a short time, the operator can step on foot-pedal switch to stop conveying, and then use hand-held vacuum nozzle to remove them one by one. Once the operator step on foot-pedal switch, the conveying is stopped, while the rollers are still rotatin.
