1.Adopting anti-oil membane plate which accords with food industry hygienic standard,Membrane raw material is PP,can be inflated by oil or compessedair, the max,Squeezing pressure is 1.6MPa to gain dryer filter cakes with lessresidal oil rate

2.After squeezing,blow/anti-blow compressed air to evey pipes to bring all the residual oil back to crystallizer；all the cakes can be discharged easily from filter cloth.

3.In orde to observe tubidity degree and to prevent oxygenation which will insult oil taste, all the olein are collected by special transparent hoses to a main pipe,Inner steel screen liner translucent hose can't be snapped or staved to guarantee open drains for olein

4.Filter cloth and filter cloth washing:Filter cloth is the core techology of oil fractionation membrane filter press,Filter cloth will affects fractioation result and oil yield rate.long yuan used in fractionation for stearin and olein having chara cteristics of clean filtrate, easy cake discharging
