本包裝線為電子數(shù)粒灌裝，主要用于片劑、軟、硬膠囊等藥物的瓶包裝，同樣適用于包裝類似的固體顆粒（如口香糖等）。本設(shè)備適應(yīng)性廣、操作簡單、調(diào)整維護(hù)方便，能滿足生產(chǎn)需要，廣泛用于制藥、食品、化工等行業(yè)。

The packaging assembling line is electronic tablet and capsule counting and filling line which is mainly used for bottling packing of tablet, soft or hard capsule and also used for solid grain （such as chewing gum）. The lines are widely use, easy to operate and maintain which can be used in medicine, food and chemical industry.

本包裝線具有自動理瓶、計量灌裝、塞紙（可選配塞干燥劑或藥棉）、旋蓋、鋁箔封口、貼標(biāo)、打碼等功能，并具有*的在線檢測功能，能自動檢測倒瓶、缺紙、旋蓋不緊、無鋁箔、漏貼標(biāo)、漏打碼等瑕疵并能自動報警及剔廢。設(shè)備采用不銹鋼制造，結(jié)構(gòu)合理，清洗容易，符合"GMP"的要求。

The packaging assembling line can automatically unscramble bottle, count and fill medicine, insert paper （desiccant or cotton）, screw cap, seal, label, print code and other function. It also has advanced online testing function that can test fallen bottle, lack of paper （desiccant or cotton）, screw cap quality, non-aluminum foil, non labeling, non printing and it can give alarm automatically. The machines are made of stainless steel, structure is reasonable, easy to clean, and fully conform to GMP requirement. The equipments are manufactured with stainless steel. Its construction is reasonable, it is easy to clean and conform to “GMP” requirement.

  本包裝線具有變頻調(diào)速，能自動平衡保護(hù)，遇缺瓶或堵瓶能自動停止工作，問題排除后能自動恢復(fù)正常運轉(zhuǎn)，確保生產(chǎn)任務(wù)的完成。其中多通道電子數(shù)粒機通過多條軌道數(shù)粒，藥物經(jīng)過三級振動下料，落料均勻、數(shù)粒精確、適應(yīng)性強，更換品種無須更換模具，可適應(yīng)各種單瓶裝量和劑型，并具有除粉裝置。根據(jù)產(chǎn)量的不同需要，可選配12、16、24道或32道電子數(shù)粒機。各單機都有其*的功能和各自獨立的驅(qū)動控制系統(tǒng)，可根據(jù)用戶實際需要，既可聯(lián)動生產(chǎn)、也可單機使用。

The line is frequency control, automatic balanced protection, automatic stop when lacking or blocking bottles, renew running after clearing trouble, steady performance, and high work efficiency. The electronic tablet and capsule counting machine counts tablets through some channels, medicament can lay off through passing three classes of vibrator automatically, medicine-falling is uniform and counting tablets is precise. There is no need to change mould if kind of tablet is changed. It also can get rid of powder function. The customers choose 12, 16, 24 or 32 channels according to actual demand. The separate machine of the line has its own performance and driven controlling system, and it can be used on the assembling line or used separay according to the customer's actual requirements.

The equipments have advanced online testing function that can test fallen bottle, lack of paper （desiccant or cotton）, screw cap quality, non-aluminum foil, non labeling, non printing and it can give alarm automatically. The machines are made of stainless steel, structure is reasonable, easy to clean, and fully conform to GMP requirement.
