3. Precise microporous filter

        從1968年開始，作者與其助手就從事高分子微孔過(guò)濾管為過(guò)濾介質(zhì)的精密微孔過(guò)濾機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)開發(fā)，結(jié)合各個(gè)不同工業(yè)生產(chǎn)不同物料的不同過(guò)濾要求，前后共進(jìn)行了30多種精密過(guò)濾機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)研究，至今已定型了PGK、PGH、PGR、PGW、PGP、PGX、PGB等幾種結(jié)構(gòu)類型，有的過(guò)濾機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)或其中部份結(jié)構(gòu)已獲得國(guó)家或正在申請(qǐng)。

        From the beginning of 1968, the author and his assistants have engaged in the development of the structure of precise microporous filter with polymer microporous filter tubes as filter media. Integrating the different filtration requirements of the different suspension in various different industrial productions, we have researched the structure of more than 30 kinds of precise filters. From now on we have confirmed several types, such as PGK, PGH, PGR, PGW, PGP, PGX, PGB. Some filter structures have obtained the national patent, and part of the structures have been being applied for patent.

        3.1精密微孔過(guò)濾機(jī)的型號(hào)與規(guī)格

        3.1 Models and specifications of precise microporous filters

        3.1.1 PGK型號(hào)系列：

        3.1.1 PGK Model Series:


        圖1系PGK型號(hào)精密微孔過(guò)濾機(jī)的外型照片。這類精密過(guò)濾機(jī)由橢圓形封頭，圓柱形殼體與錐臺(tái)形下殼體三大部份組成，錐臺(tái)形底部為氣缸開閉的能卸除干濾餅的底蓋。高分子微孔過(guò)濾管垂直裝在圓柱形殼體內(nèi)。

        Figure 1 is the appearance photo of PGK type precise microporous filter. Such precise filter is made up of oval head, cylindrical shell and the cone-shaped bottom. At the bottom of the cone-shaped shell, there is the bottom cover which can discharge dry cake and is controled to be open or close by pneumatic cylinder. Polymer microporous filter tubes are installed inside the cylindrical shell vertically.

        PGK型號(hào)系列的過(guò)濾面積有10、15、20、30、40、60、80、100、150、200、300、400米2等規(guī)格。圓柱形筒體的內(nèi)徑根據(jù)過(guò)濾面積與每個(gè)過(guò)濾周期內(nèi)濾餅層平均厚度而定。zui小直徑為500毫米，zui大有3000毫米。底部的排濾餅底蓋的直徑應(yīng)根據(jù)每周期卸除的濾餅體積而定，zui小為200毫米，zui大為1600毫米。

        PGK model series have many specifications, such as filter areas of 10,15,20,30,40,60,80,100,150,200,300,400 m2. The diameter of cylindrical shell depends on the filter areas and the average thickness of cake each filtration cycle. The minimum diameter is 500 mm, and the maximum is 3000 mm. The diameter of bottom cover for discharging cake should be based on the volume of the cake each filtration cycle, the minimum of 200 mm, the maximum of 1600 mm. 

        3.1.2 PGH型號(hào)系列

        3.1.2 PGH Model Series

        PGH型號(hào)系列是浙江省溫州市東甌微孔過(guò)濾有限公司開發(fā)成功的新型過(guò)濾機(jī)，已獲國(guó)家。圖2是該過(guò)濾機(jī)的外形照片。

        PGH model series are a new type of filter developed by Wenzhou Dongou Micro-Filtration Ltd. Company, which has achieved the national patent. Figure 2 is the shape photo of the filter. 

        PGH型號(hào)的外形與PGK型號(hào)的外形類似，但其底蓋直徑均是大直徑，其內(nèi)部的微孔過(guò)濾管是多層疊加，既可將每批料液在PGH型過(guò)濾機(jī)內(nèi)基本濾完，又可保證較干濾餅?zāi)軓臋C(jī)內(nèi)向外排除。

        The shape of PGH model is similar to the shape of PGK model, but the diameter of its bottom cover is large, and its internal microporous filter tubes are multi-layer stack. Not only each batch of suspension material can be filtered out basicly in PGH-type filter, but also it can ensure that dry cake can be discharged from the inside filter to the outside filter.


        PGH型過(guò)濾機(jī)特別適用于批號(hào)嚴(yán)格，上下批料液不能混批的物料過(guò)濾，如制藥生產(chǎn)與食品生產(chǎn)等工業(yè)生產(chǎn)就有此要求。

        PGH-type filter is especially suitable for the suspension of strict batch, without mixed batch, such as pharmaceutical production and food production. 

        PGH型號(hào)系列已有5、10、15、20、30、40、60、100米2等規(guī)格，圓柱形殼體從550至2000毫米，底蓋直徑從550至1600毫米。

        PGH model series have many specifications,such as filter areas of 5,10,15,20,30,40,60,100 m2. The diameter of the cylindrical shell is from 550 to 2000 mm, and the diameter of bottom cover is from 550 to 1600 mm.

        3.1.3 PGR型號(hào)系列

        3.1.3 PGR Model Series

        PGR型號(hào)的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)與PGK型號(hào)類似，外形或者與PGK型號(hào)類似，或者其底部不是錐臺(tái)形殼體，而是橢圓形封頭。底部不需大直徑的排干濾餅底蓋，只用球閥或蝶閥，這些閥門可以是電動(dòng)，或者氣動(dòng)，或者手動(dòng)。

        The internal structure of PGR model is similar to PGK model, and the shape is similar, too. Instead of the cone-shaped bottom, it is oval-shaped bottom. It does not need large-diameter bottom cover to discharge dry cake, generally only with ball valve or butterfly valve. The valves can be electric or pneumatic, or manual. 

        PGR型號(hào)主要用于含固量很少的液體精密澄清過(guò)濾，每次卸除的固體物很少。

        PGR model is mainly used for liquid precise clarification filtration, and the cake discharged is little each time.

        PGR型號(hào)系列的過(guò)濾面積有5、10、15、20、30、40、60、80、100、150、200、300、400米2等規(guī)格，圓柱形殼體的直徑zui小為400毫米，zui大為3000毫米。底部的排渣閥門的直徑一般不超過(guò)300毫米。

        The filter areas of PGR model series has the specifications of 5,10,15,20,30,40,60,80,100,150,200,300,400 m2. The diameter of the cylindrical shell is from 400 mm to 3000 mm. The diameter of discharging valve at the bottom is generally not more than 300 mm. 

        3.1.4 PGX型號(hào)系列

        圖3是PGX型號(hào)的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)圖，該過(guò)濾機(jī)是浙江省溫州市東甌微孔過(guò)濾有限公司開發(fā)出來(lái)，已獲國(guó)家。

        Figure 3 is the internal structure of PGX model, and the filter is developed by Wenzhou Dongou Micro-Filtration Ltd. Company, which has achieved the national patent. 

        該過(guò)濾機(jī)與PGH型號(hào)的結(jié)構(gòu)類似，但其內(nèi)部有一攪拌漿，主要適用于對(duì)濾餅洗滌要求高，洗滌水量較大的洗滌過(guò)濾。

        The structure of PGH models is similar to PGH model, but there is one internal mixing agitator, which is mainly applied in the washing filtration with high cake washing requirement and a great quantities of washing water.

        PGX型號(hào)系列的過(guò)濾面積有0.5、1、1.5、2、5、10、20、30、40、60米2等規(guī)格，其外形尺寸與內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)視濾餅體積，洗滌水量及洗滌要求而定。

        The filter areas of PGX model series has many specifications, such as 0.5,1,1.5,2,5,10,20,30,40,60 m2. Its dimensions and internal structure depend on the cake volume, the volume of washing water and washing requirements.

        3.1.5PGP型號(hào)系列

        3.1.5 PGP Model Series

        PGP型號(hào)精密微孔過(guò)濾機(jī)主要用于處理量不大，固體濃度較高，固體微粒又很細(xì)的精密過(guò)濾，過(guò)濾后可對(duì)濾餅進(jìn)行靜止洗滌，zui后得到干濾餅。

        PGP model precise microporous filter is mainly used for the precise filtration with the less volume, higher solid concentration and fine solid particles. After filtration, static washing can be carried out on cake, and dry cake is finally got. 


        PGP型號(hào)過(guò)濾機(jī)有兩種卸料方式。一種是筒體翻轉(zhuǎn)卸料，一種是底蓋翻轉(zhuǎn)卸料。圖4系筒體翻轉(zhuǎn)卸料過(guò)濾機(jī)的外形照片，圖5系底蓋翻轉(zhuǎn)卸料過(guò)濾機(jī)的外形照片。

        PGP model filter has two discharging methods. One is that the cake is discharged with reversing cylindrical shell, and the other is that the cake is discharged with reversing the bottom cover. Figure 4 is the photo of cylinder reversed discharging filter, and Figure 5 is the photo of bottom cover reversed discharging filter.

        PGP型號(hào)過(guò)濾機(jī)內(nèi)部的過(guò)濾介質(zhì)或是一塊水平過(guò)濾板，或是水平過(guò)濾板與其他形狀的過(guò)濾介質(zhì)組合而成的組合板。

        The filter medium inside PGP type filter is a level filter plate, or a combination plate made up of the level filter plate and filter media of other shape. 

        PGP型號(hào)系列的過(guò)濾面積有0.5、0.8、1、2、3、5、10、20、30、40等過(guò)濾面積規(guī)格，圓筒體內(nèi)徑有550、800、1000、1200、1400、1600毫米等。

        The filter areas of PGP model series have many specifications, such as 0.5,0.8,1, 2,3,5,10,20,30,40 m2. The diameter of cylindrical body is various, such as 550,800,1000,1200,1400,1600 mm and so on.
